Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Vylla offers seller, agent, builder/developer and administrator accounts. Agents and builders are listed publicly only after review and approval, and must provide accurate information — including, where required by law, a valid RERA registration number and, for builders, company verification details such as GST and CIN. Verification badges (for example "Vylla Verified" or "Vylla Certified") are granted at our discretion and may be revoked if information is found to be inaccurate.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any property listing, builder profile, project, profile or other content you submit.
• You must own or have the right to post any property, project, photos, videos, brochures or documents you upload.
• Property listings, builder profiles and projects may be reviewed and must be approved before they appear publicly, and may be edited or removed if they violate these Terms.
• You may not post false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing or unlawful content.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Only verified customers may post reviews. We may remove reviews or content that violate these Terms.

• Paid agent and builder memberships, premium property listings, advertising packages and certification fees are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers — currently Stripe (charged in INR) and PayPal (charged in USD) — on their secure checkout pages, subject to their own terms. Vylla does not store your full card details.
• Pay Later (PaisaPay)orders are recorded as "Pending Payment" and the related benefit is unlocked only after payment is arranged and approved by an administrator.
• Prices may be displayed in INR or USD using the in-site currency switch; the currency actually charged is the one shown at checkout.

Vylla is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, agents, builders/developers and service partners. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement or dealing between users. We do not act as a real estate broker and do not guarantee the conduct, performance, or outcomes of any user. You deal with other users at your own risk and should perform your own due diligence.

The Platform may display advertising, including Google AdSense and paid advertising or sponsored placements, and may link to third-party partners (for example home loans, insurance, interiors or legal services) sometimes via affiliate or referral links. Vylla may earn a commission from such links. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party websites, offers, products or services; your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

• Misrepresenting your identity, credentials or property.
• Harassing, defrauding or harming other users.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

The Platform, including its design, logos and software, is owned by Vylla and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Vylla a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Platform or other users. You may close your account at any time.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vylla is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
